Another
in the series of ‘one-day' intensive events at St Clair Consulting.

workshop focuses on the processes for ensuring that:
a)
the strategy provides the necessary direction for the operational
plan
b)
that the operational plan is focused on implementing the strategy
rather than being a repetition of what was 'done' in the previous
year

Methodology:
The
workshops are being held at St Clair Consulting's offices and the
intention is to have only a small number of delegates (between 1
and 5) attending, so that the learning is intensive. The delegates
can be from the same company, or different companies.
An
interactive workshop combining input with application to your brand/brand
plan.
The
idea is for the participants to bring in their own plans – they
will be introduced to the concepts, examples will be used to illustrate
the concepts (and to encourage discussion). Each participant will
then be asked to apply these concepts either to their own plans,
or to an example plan, depending on the company's preference. Their
application of the concepts will be critiques/strengthened.
All
input sessions and ‘working sessions' will be managed by Janice
MacLennan, author of Brand Planning for the Pharmaceutical Industry
and co-author of the book Marketing Planning for the Pharmaceutical
Industry.
Workshop
will be 9am to 5pm. Delegates will receive a copy of 'Brand Planning
for the Pharmaceutical Industry' to take away with them.
