This workshop is designed to take a hard look at how communication works. It will be case study based and will cover current issues such as:

•  the difference between, and the need for, a brand essence, positioning statement and branding guidance

•  getting quality output from your agency

•  how to manage the execution of a global brand strategy whilst taking care of the needs of the local markets;

•  how to stay on strategy without the communication becoming dull and tired;
