This
one day workshop is a 'roll your sleeves up, hands on' event.
It
will give you a clear understanding of how various components of
a brand plan are linked, aligned and integrated in order to develop
a robust strategy and an operational plan this is focused on the
implementation of this strategy. You will be given approaches
to challenging your own thinking, or that of your colleagues.
You will also have the opportunity to put what you learn immediately
into practice by applying this challenging thinking approach to
your current plan whilst at the workshop.
